Welcome to the 5th FIRE SPORTS National Boxing Tournament 2026: "FIRE IN THE SEÑORÍOS".

Today, the best exponents of Olympic boxing from across the country meet in a battle where technique, discipline, and courage are everything. Backed by state associations and endorsed by the Mexican Boxing Federation (Federación Mexicana de Boxeo A.C.), this tournament is not just a competition: it is the prelude to greatness, the decisive filter to qualify for the Pan American Games.

Here, there is no margin for error; only the fire in the heart and determination in the fists will write the names of the next champions.

THEY ARE CALLING

To all Olympic-style boxers who are recognized by their state boxing associations and endorsed by the Mexican Boxing Federation A.C. to participate in the 5th FIRE SPORTS 2026 National Boxing Tournament "FIRE IN THE SEÑORIOS," a qualifier for the Pan American Games, under the following:

FOUNDATION

PARTICIPANTS:

All boxers and coaches who are affiliated with and recognized by the Mexican Boxing Federation may participate.

Coaches must present a certificate issued by the FMB verifying their coaching certification.

REGISTRATION:

Registration will take place via email and through the Google Drive link starting from the publication of this notice until October 31, 2026, at 12:00 PM.

Boxers who do not submit their registration within the specified timeframe will not be accepted to participate.

Athlete Registration

Costs:
  • $1,250 MXN per Athlete, from the publication of this call for entries until September 30, 2026.

(One thousand two hundred and fifty pesos 00/100 MXN) non-refundable.

  • $1,800 MXN per Athlete, from October 1, 2026.

(One thousand eight hundred pesos 00/100 MXN) non-refundable.

Includes: Event registration and commemorative event t-shirt.

Accreditation requirements for coaches and seconds

Costs:
  • $700 MXN per Coach and one second, from the publication of this call and until September 30, 2026.

(Seven hundred 00/100 MXN) non-refundable.

  • $1,500 MXN for Coaches and seconds, starting October 1, 2026.

(One thousand five hundred pesos 00/100 MXN) non-refundable.

Includes:

  • Accreditation for coaches and seconds.

  • Access to Workshop for instructors and seconds.

  • Commemorative event t-shirt.

INDIVIDUAL REQUIREMENTS

• Urinalysis (UA) and Complete Blood Count (CBC)

You must submit a general urinalysis (EGO) and a complete blood count (CBC) demonstrating your medical fitness to participate in this sport.

Valid for a maximum of 30 days.

• Non-pregnancy certificate

For athletes, a NO PREGNANCY certificate.

Valid for a maximum of 15 days prior to the event.

COMPETITION SYSTEM:

It will be single elimination.

COMPETITION RULES:

That currently in force by the International Boxing Association World Boxing and applied by the Mexican Boxing Federation A. C

  • The uniform must be the official regulation Red/Blue Fire Sports uniform.
  • Boxing shoes.
  • Mouthguard
  • Official Fire Sports brand hand wraps with thumb loop, 5 cm x 4 m, in assorted colors, and groin protector.

PRE-MEETING AND DRAW:

It will take place on November 5th on the FIRE SPORTS Facebook page at 6:00 PM.

MEDICAL EXAMINATION AND WEIGH-IN:

The medical check-up and weigh-in take place from 7:00 am-9:00 am only on the days and at the location of the fight.

JUDGES AND MEDICAL SERVICE:

Those designated by the Mexican Boxing Federation.

AWARDS:

• Medal for the top three places in each category.

• A commemorative belt will be awarded to the 2 most outstanding final matches within the men's and women's categories.

INCENTIVES:

• The Champions of each weight division, female and male in the Elite category, will earn the right to participate in the 2027 NATIONAL BOXING CUP, an event that will serve to form the national team that will compete in the Qualifier for the 2027 Lima Pan American Games

TOURNAMENT DISCIPLINE:

• All participants, coaches, boxers, and fans who demonstrate unsportsmanlike conduct will be subject to disciplinary measures determined by the organizing committee, and in the event of any serious infraction, will be suspended from the tournament and expelled from it.

• Only boxers will be allowed to enter the weigh-in ceremony. No coach or parent will be permitted to be present.

EXPENSES:

Participants must cover their own transportation, lodging, and meal expenses.
